Registering with QQClubs takes less than 2 minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top of the page, then fill in your username, email address, Malaysian phone number, and password. Agree to the terms and click "Register for Free Now". Your account will be active immediately and you can make your first deposit with a minimum of RM 10. The minimum age to register and play at QQClubs is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. QQClubs reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately, with any remaining balance refunded.

No. QQClubs enforces a policy of one account per person strictly. Each email address, phone number and identity may only be used for one account. Holding multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

To change your password while logged in, go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password. To reset a forgotten password, click "Forgot Password?" on the Log In, enter your registered email address and we will send a reset link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.

An account may be suspended for several reasons: (1) too many failed login attempts — the account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes; (2) suspicious activity requiring identity verification; (3) a breach of the Terms & Conditions; or (4) a self-exclusion request that you activated yourself. Yes. You can choose to take a temporary break (24 hours to 30 days) or opt for permanent self-exclusion through Account Settings > Responsible Gaming. Any remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method within 24–48 hours. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming us.

Yes, your account details can be updated via Account Settings. However, changes to your phone number or email require identity verification through an OTP sent to your existing number/email first, as a security measure. If you no longer have access to your old number or email, please contact our support team with proof of identity.

Log in to your QQClubs account and click "Deposit" on the dashboard. Choose your preferred payment method — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). Enter the deposit amount (minimum RM 10), follow the payment instructions, and your funds will be credited within 2–5 minutes.

QQClubs accepts all major Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as FPX online banking, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Public Bank, and more. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The minimum deposit at QQClubs is RM 10 — among the lowest in Malaysia. The maximum deposit limit depends on the payment method used. Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 1–24 hours for bank transfers. Make sure the name on your bank account or e-wallet matches your QQClubs registered name to avoid rejection.

100% welcome bonus up to RM 500, credited automatically after your first deposit. No promo code required. For example, deposit RM 200 and receive an additional RM 200 bonus — giving you RM 400 to play with in total. The bonus will appear in your bonus account within 5–10 minutes of your first deposit being successfully processed.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before that bonus can be withdrawn. Weekly cashback is calculated based on your net losses for the Monday–Sunday period. The cashback percentage (up to 10%) depends on your membership tier. Cashback credits are applied to your bonus account every Monday before 12:00 noon. Cashback carries no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn directly or used for gameplay.

Yes! QQClubs offers weekly reload bonuses for your second deposit and beyond. The bonus percentage and cap vary depending on current promotions and your VIP membership tier. For example, an RTP of 97% means that statistically, the slot returns RM 97 for every RM 100 wagered by all players in aggregate. It is NOT a guarantee that you will get RM 97 back from every RM 100 you play in a single session — each spin is entirely random.

QQClubs uses the Decimal odds format, which is straightforward to read. For example, odds of 2.50 mean that if you place a RM 100 bet and win, you receive RM 250 (including your original stake). If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that match will be automatically voided and your stake will be fully refunded to your account balance.
