QQClubs Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Terms

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings as defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "QQClubs" refers to the online betting platform operating at https://qqclubs.im and all services provided thereunder.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at QQClubs.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a member to access QQClubs' services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in MYR (RM) available in a member's account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, additional play funds, or special offers granted by QQClubs to members in accordance with the stipulated terms.
• "Services" refers to all types of games, bets, and other features available on the QQClubs platform, including slots, Sports Betting, e-sports, and Live Casino.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Turnover Requirement" refers to the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.

All section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the content. The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the official version for users in Malaysia.

To register and use QQClubs services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Are not subject to any local legal restrictions on participating in online betting activities.
• Not currently under a voluntary self-exclusion period from any betting platform.
• Registering for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

QQClubs does not accept registrations from individuals located in regions or countries where the use of online betting platforms is prohibited. Compliance with local laws is the sole responsibility of the member.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at QQClubs. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using the same or different information, are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as per identity card)
• A valid and active email address
• A mobile phone number registered in your name
• A strong and unique password

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur. QQClubs reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

Accounts containing false or inaccurate information may be suspended without prior notice. QQClubs is not liable for any losses arising from information that has not been updated by the member.

QQClubs accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

QQClubs does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges. All deposits must be made from an account registered in the member's own name.

QQClubs reserves the right to reject or suspend any deposit suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity. Deposits made using third-party accounts will be declined and returned to the original source.

Winnings withdrawals at QQClubs may be made at any time, subject to the following requirements:

• The account has completed full identity verification (KYC).
• All wagering requirements applicable to the remaining bonus balance have been met.
• There are no ongoing security investigations or disputes on the account.
• The chosen withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

Withdrawals are processed to the same e-wallet or bank account used for the deposit, for fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawal processing times are between 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers via FPX.

QQClubs is not liable for withdrawal delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as payment provider system outages, bank non-business hours, or third-party technical issues.

QQClubs offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All offers are subject to specific terms that will be stated in each respective promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement is typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times).
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member.
• QQClubs reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through illegitimate means or promotional abuse.
• A bonus validity period — if unused or if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe — will expire and the remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

QQClubs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. QQClubs' decisions on all matters relating to bonus eligibility and payouts are final.

The QQClubs platform offers a wide range of game categories, including online slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and more), E-Sports (Mobile Legends, CS2, DOTA 2, Valorant), and Live Casino. Specific rules for each game category are as follows:

Sports Betting & E-Sports: All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled unless due to a technical error acknowledged by QQClubs. Bets placed on closed markets or events that have already taken place will be voided and refunded.

Slots: All slots use independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) values displayed are long-term averages and do not guarantee returns for any individual gaming session.

Live Casino: Game outcomes determined by the dealer are final. Members are responsible for any internet connectivity issues during gameplay. QQClubs is not liable for any losses resulting from connection disruptions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical methods to exploit the platform.
• Bonus abuse through systematic wagering designed to meet turnover requirements with disproportionately low risk.
• Any form of collusion between members in games involving competitive elements between players.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt QQClubs' systems, servers, or networks.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the QQClubs platform.
• Depositing and withdrawing funds without placing any meaningful wagers (churning).

QQClubs employs advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Any relevant findings may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

You are solely responsible for keeping your QQClubs username and password confidential. QQClubs recommends the following security measures:

• Use a long, unique password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report to QQClubs support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

QQClubs will never ask for your password via email, SMS, phone call, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, please disregard it and report it to our security team immediately.

Closure by Member: You may close your QQClubs account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any eligible fund balance (after all applicable wagering requirements have been met) will be returned to the original payment method used.

Closure by QQClubs: QQClubs reserves the right to suspend or close any account unilaterally under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to verify identity or age when requested.
• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, QQClubs reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including cash and bonuses, without any compensation.

QQClubs shall not be liable in any form for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance.
• Disruptions caused by factors beyond QQClubs' control (force majeure), such as internet outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the member's own negligence.

QQClubs' total liability to any member shall not exceed the balance held in that member's account at the time the claim is made. All disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to an independent arbitration body selected by QQClubs.

QQClubs is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gambling practices. We provide all members with the following self-control tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit that you are comfortable with over a given period.
• Play Time Limit: Limit your gaming session time to avoid excessive play.
• Temporary Break (Cooling-Off): Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account.

QQClubs reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close the account of any member suspected of experiencing gambling-related problems, in the best interest of that member. This is a protective measure, not a punitive one.

QQClubs reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through:

• In-platform notices (pop-ups or banners upon login).
• Email to the member's registered email address.
• Announcements on the QQClubs website homepage.

Continued use of the QQClubs platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this document.
